Queensland is currently experiencing a natural disaster almost unprecedented in Australia’s history. It is heart-breaking to see the devastation and heartache wrought by these terrible floods. Many tens of thousands of people have lost their possessions, their livelihoods and in some cases, their loved ones. We owe a great debt of gratitude to the emergency service personnel, SES volunteers, and volunteers from the wider community for the fantastic work they’ve done to save lives, property and to clean up from the effects of this disaster.
